Waiting period.

Hi there ,

We have been standing on the Queue for more than an hour now, they keep asking me what im here for and i let them know but nothing is being done.

We are standing outside and it is really cold, no timeframe is given to us in terms of waiting, for instance minimum or maximum time to wait.
