Waiting over a month for petrol card

I move from Private clients to Premier. I have been waiting since 8 July for a linked petrol card. When the card did not come I requested and inquired about the delivery on secure chat. The confirmed the card is ordered. I did not get the card and I spoke to a consultant telephonically that ordered the card again. Its now 12 August a month later and I don't have the card. when I ask about the card I just keep getting transferred. So poor, delivering a card is an absolute basic.
