Waiting forever

After my wife passed away we had to transfer her half share of a property that we jointly owned to my son as per her will. It's now more than a year that we trying to resolve what should be a simple debtor substitution with FNB. It really can't take this long. It's delaying the entire estate as the attorneys are waiting for bond cancellation figures from FNB for 2 months. Please FNB don't make your like and mine difficult. Just be efficient
