Waiting for our documents
I am still waiting for the documents that I signed this morning and handed for certification to Themba Booi. <br> We have sent 6 e-mails and made +- 20 calls to their branch at *** x 777 with absolute no response. <br> My agent is waiting and waiting for these documents that took a miracle to get to the bank to now be sent to Gerrit. <br> PLEASE HURRY UP! Why do I pay you for Premier Banking and get the worst service?
