Waiting for my credit card

I ordered a credit card on line coz my credit card was expired on Monday the 2nd of November 2015 and I was told my credit card will be delivered within 3 to 5 working hours now when I call in on Friday they told me that my card is still with the corrier company I mean how many days should i wait for my credit card I need to use the cash in my credit card it's emergency I can't access the money with my cheque account somethimg musy be done I really need that cash urgently .Where is my card which corrier company I will drive there and get my card if that is the case . I need the cash urgently.
