Waiting for my card to be delivered

I ordered a credit card in November and was promised to receive it within 7 working days,till today I’m still waiting. I don’t have a card as we speak as my cheque card was misplaced then I temporarily blocked it online I found it but I cannot unblock it! I love this bank and I recommend it to people and tell them it’s the most innovative bank and simple to use but it seems like you are starting to slack! I need a card as soon as possible so please assist.
