Waiting for ITC number for ****** phone

<p>Why does it take so long to get an ITC number for a ****** phone?? How am I supposed to get a police report?? We can’t even begin the insurance claim either, so my husband is unable to work properly as he has no phone and is rep!! This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable service from the "MOST" innovative bank, what *******, they can’t even get a ITC number to their clients timeously</p> <p> </p> <p>.</p>
