Waiting for feedback

Last week the 19th February I spoke to Portia who encouraged me to increase my revolving loan credit. I only took up the offer as my laptop had just broken and I need a new one. She said that the money should be available in 48 hours. I told her it was quite urgent. She said she would send an email so that the money would be available sooner. She said I will receive an email from her as well as an sms immediately which I still have not received. So I phoned the call centre of FNB, the first lady I spoke to gave me a number for a different department. The person at that department transferred me to a man who said the email was sent by Portia on 19 Feb. He then 'transferred' me to Portia but I somehow ended up at Wesbank. I hung up as these people aren't helping. Can someone please give me feedback urgently or else I'll just cancel the loan application and get a loan from a retailer.
