Waiting for Credit Card after 2 weeks

I have been waiting for almost a week to receive my credit card. Everyday when I call, they promise me the world but then I just get **** to.<br> <br> Today (2015/09/22) they promised that I WILL receive my card at Fourways Mall FNB Branch but only to be let down AGAIN. Apparently Mr Delivery don't even have my card with them!!<br> <br> I have never in my life experienced such complete disregard for customers.
