Waiting for Credit Card

<p>I submitted a credit card application last week Monday the 19th June, they told us it takes 3 to 5 days to process. We didn't hear back from them. We called them on Thursday 22nd June , they said that the passport and visa was not clear. No one bothered to call us. We then went into the branch on Friday 23rd June and had them send the documents again. The branch called the credit card facility to confirm that they received all the necessary documnets and stayed on the line till the person confirmed that they received the documents. Today is June 26th, we just received an sms saying the documents are still missing. We just emailed them again now. They are saying it takes them 48hours to check that the documents has been received.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable. FNB has failed SLA.</p> <p> </p> <p>We need this application prioritized and worked on immediately.</p>
