Waiting for card delivery for over 4 weeks now.

Good day <br> <br> I have ordered a credit card 4 weeks ago, I was promised I will receive it within 7 working days. it has been 4 weeks now, Mr Delivery who are the courier company has contacted me and promised a delivery on 21 October which they never received it. I contacted the FNB call centre they told me that the card was delivered to me which was not the case. I am very disappointed with the service and this after deciding to move from Absa to FNB. <br> <br> Thanks.<br>
