Waiting for an amortization schedule on our Business Loan account from 08 Oct 2020 and still waiting

I am utterly disappointed with the service that I have received from FNB Business Banking. I requested an amortization schedule for our Juristic Business Loan on the 08 October 2020 and have been following up with our Business Relationship Manager, our Branch and logged a complaint on 06 November 2020 and to date I have received no reply or feedback. Hopefully this will get someone's attention in FNB.
