Waiting for almost 2 weeks to finalize account

Keep saying document is outstanding or incorrect, each time the document is submitted it takes 3 days for someone to contact you with the error and on re-sending goes back in the 3 day cycle. If you call Business banking they say that they dont know what the issue is.
