Waiting for a response on numerous e-mail queries

Took out a life policy. After 3 years of paying receive a e-mail out of the blue. On further inspections it was not what I thought I am paying for. Send I don't know how many e-mails. One person came back and would have looked into the matter. Nobody call me back. Thought it was life cover!!! Seems it is only cover if I die an accidental death. So. Now it seems I must pray I die in a car accident then at least my people will be paid out!!!
