waiting for 6 months for credit card!!!!

I switched over to FNB on the 4th of May this year from another bank. Opening my Cheque account was a smooth process. I had requested both a Cheque account as well as a credit card, as I had with my previous bank. I was told that my cards would be delivered.Only the Cheque card was delivered but not the credit card. I called in after sometime to find out what had happened to my credit card. I was told that I need to send my payslips, was given an e-mail a dress to send these to and then nothing. I followed up again after 2 weeks and was told that they had not received my documents. I explained that I had sent them but was told I needed to send them again, was given the same e-mail address plus a second e-mail address to send to. I sent them and then heard Nothing from FNB. I called in again and was told they were still waiting for my documents. I told them that I had sent them twice already and they said they did not see them on their side. I then expressed my concern about these payslips I had been sending to an e-mail address that they had given me but somehow never rechead them. Payslips contain sensitive information and identity ***** is a reality, the person I spoke to did not seem to care but told me to e-mail the payslips again. I said no I would go into a branch. I went into the branch at Fourways Mall that Saturday and explained to them what had happened. They made copies of my documents and scanned them onto the system and phoned the credit card division/ new applications division to let them know that they had scanned my docs on and they could proceed. They were told to tell me to wait for 5-7 working days. I called them back on day 6or 7 and nothing had been done on my application. I was told to call back in 2 days as the 7 day period had not ended. I heard nothing from FNB. I called back after 2 weeks and was told that they could not see my documents, I need to send them again. I said no and left it at that. In the midst of all of this, my credit applications had expired about 3 times because FNB was waiting for documents I had sent. I finally called in again 2 weeks ago after receiving an sms that said my credit card application had expired and FNB had been trying to contact me without success. Lies!!!! No one had been trying to contact me, I am the one who has been running after FNB for the last almost 6 months. I called in and the consultant I spoke to said she could see all the documents I had submitted, she did not understand why my application was not processed. She put me through to someone who would help me with the application process all over again and this person could not see my documents. I said I would not submit anymore documents because FNB has requested me to submit docs since May 2018, we are now at the end of October!!!! She did the application again telephonically, we did the rate quotation telephonically after which I received a document of the rate quote. She said the card would be embossed and CCD would contact me for delivery arrangements. That never happened. Instead I have been bombarded with e-mails from FNB telling me that they have been trying to get hold of me without success . They need to discuss the rate quote, the e-mail says. I called in again and explain that I have done a rate quote already, the person I spoke to could see this information and she said she did not understand what was happening. She said she would send an e-mail to credit and also send an e-mail to her team leader and copy me onto the e-mail. She never did that, I am yet to receive an e-mail. I have been waiting for a credit card from FNB for 6 months. I need to hire a car soon and I cannot do that without a credit card. Moving to FNB has proved to be the biggest nightmare and the biggest mistake. You need to get your systems in order and give me my credit card. I deeply regret moving to this bank.
