Waiting for 2000 after opening an account

I called Fnb on Thursday and I was on the call for an hours ,consultants taking me from pillar to post as if I am stupid,I wanted to know why I hv not received my 2000 that I was promised when opening the account but no one knows why and when I will get it and it’s more than 90 days since I opened the account...worst service ever
