waiting 5 days for payout

May loan application was approved on the 29th of May to date I have not received payment. As the loans office says that there are two profiles loaded on my name and they need it to make it one. I have logged complaints and have had now change in my situations. still no pay out.... reference numbers are 697889 and 698148. with your customer care. Please can you get IT to change this on the system. I even went into the branch to ask if they can change it form there side but I was told no IT in JHB must change it. <br> <br> Please can someone in it now change my profile so that the payment can take place. as a matter of urgency.
