Waiting 20 days for my salary to show in my accoun

I work abroad and my salary gets paid in USD to my fnb account. For several months there was bo problem for my salary to show until the minth of May. My salary gets paid on the 15th of each month, it is the 4th of June and I still don't have my money. I am heading vack to work in the 6th and can't do anything because fnv is withholding my money from me. After numerous calls daily and proof of payments send to them thyy still can't help me. All my debit orders have been sent back because of no funds, my account is in the minus and fnb is penalising me beacause of it. Everytime I call they just say it will be tomorrow or my money is in the screening or authorising department. Somebofy better sort this out before tomorrow, and they must pay back all the penalties because of my debit orders being sent back because of FNB's fault!!
