Waiting 14 days for FNB business documents so we can use the account
We are opening a business bank account at FNB for our PTY LTD. CIPC done, started the process with FNB and 14 weekdays later we are STILL waiting for the email with the documents!!! We already needed to invoice clients with other bank account details. I'm seriously questioning FNB's ability to carry us forward. HOW can one wait for an email with documents for 14 days? Via email? I really thought they were a forward think bank ready for the digital era. I fetched my PHYSICAL card on Monday but waiting for a DIGITAL email.

13 Apr 2021, 13:44Still not resolved, still no bank account. Their banking system is putting me through to 4 operators. 25 minutes on the call and listening to their music for the last 7 minutes. Sent the documents after eventually getting the docs. Now the documents are missing. ***.
