waited two weeks because of incompetencies
on the 24th of Dec i tried withdrawing money at FNB ATM, the sms came through that i had withdrawn but the money never came out. i waited for about 20minutes to see if maybe the money will eventually come through but it didnt. Now at that point i did another withdrawal just to see if maybe the atm will then give me the initial money plus the latest one but no it didnt.
So i rushed to work and made a call to FNB customer service so they can advice on what i should do. Now the lady I spoke to sent me a form as well as an email address where i can send back the completed dispute form which i sent on the very same day being 24/12/15. I didnt receive any acknowledgement,i called again on 4/01/16 and spoke to Phindile Mtshlai who then said i havent received an acknowledgement because FNB DISPUTES has a BACKLOG. ok i relax.
I call again today 12/01/16 only to be told that i was sent wrong forms to fill in and i have to now go to the branch which will take a number of days because the dispute is resolved. I AM DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. POOR SERVICE, AN UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY SPENT ON THE PHONE. WAITED 2 WEEKS ONLY TO BE SENT TO THE BRANCH & THAT IS AFTER I CALLED AGAIN.
