Waited hours to get employer salary form stamped...so annoyed. Fnb you have lost a loyal client, im moving my salary to another bank.

Im lost for words, i am waiting for literally 2hours now for bank stamp that is required by my employer to pay my salary. The branch here is church square Pretoria CBD, quiet new but the service is bad. As a "so-called" private banker client, I have never recieved any good service on this package instead im just treated like a number nje who pays very expensive charges. It does not make sense to wait hours for a stamp kn ine form. But hey, fnb seems to think this is acceptable...I'm beyond dissappointed, maybe I had high expectations from the tv adverts. Such false advertising! Utterely disgusted...seriously I can even get covid19 sitting in the branch waiting for a bank stamp on one page! Wow...

Anyway to cut the long, im done with FNB, August will be the last month fnb gets my salary or banking money from me. I dont want to bother fnb any longer. I will go to a bank that values me. Klaar.
