WAIT 30 and the cut you off in 1

This is the second time I am complaining about their Secure Chat on Hello Peter The last one was never resolved and all department who rep**** blamed everyone else.

I spent 30 minutes holding for Secure Chat and was only pushed from pilar to post. 3 individuals answered me and then transferred me to the next.

Then i am given ONE minute to respond and the cut me off saying I must contact them again when it is convenient for me. What a load of hog wash.... they just get rid of queries in one minute and forget that I have spent 30 minutes waiting.
