WACK SERVICE!!!!

I am beyond frustrated with the way my eWallet issue has been handled. My money has been stuck in limbo, and despite multiple attempts to resolve it, I’ve gotten nowhere. Every time I call or message, I’m either transferred around or given vague excuses. No one seems to know what’s going on, and I’m left without access to my own funds. I’ve provided all the necessary details, but the lack of urgency or responsibility from customer service is shocking. At this point, I feel completely disregarded and cheated out of my own money. This is NOT how financial services should operate. If you’re thinking of using this eWallet, or FNB AS A WHOLEEEE think twice – you might just lose access to your own cash without a way to get it back
