Vouchers

Received a Superbalist shoe voucher for R 1000 yesterday from FNB. Today it has disappeared I spoke to an agent over secure chat they let me know that they were having some technical difficulties. This is not the first time I've had such an incident it is extremely frustrating as the reason I've upgraded my account is for these kinds of perks
