Voucher still not received

FNB now has a new thing on the banking app where you can buy vouchers from selected retailers. On Sunday I bought a Mr Price voucher for R500 and i received a message to tell me that I will receive the voucher within 24 hours. There was a number to call should it happen that I do not receive the voucher.

It has now been 48 hrs so I called the Ebucks number, as the message read. I spoke to a gentleman called Leon and he has been trying to assist me. It was 10 am when I called and i requested that i be refunded but was told that I can't be refunded for vouchers. I told Leon that I want the voucher within the next hour and should i not receive it then they will have to make a plan to refund me.

Leon called me again at 11 am to tell me that he had spoken to the FNB app people and they said that there was an technical error on their side hence I haven't received the voucher.

But now if the error is on their side why can they not give me my money back since they are failing to deliver the voucher?

I don't want the voucher anymore. Just give me back my money and then we go our separate ways!

This is so frustrating.
