Vodacom and FNB are ridiculous!

This is the situation regarding my contract: FNB contacted me in February 2015 to take up a contract between them and Vodacom. I was buying airtime via online banking every month for the value of R200. So FNB suggested I take a contract where I pay R179 every month, receive R200 airtime and in the process get 2 Smart Kicka phones. When I got the phones, it was not what I wanted or what I was promised. After days on end of me calling both FNB and Vodacom (both referring back to the next party). A few months later I got a call saying they understand I was misinformed and the contract will be cancelled and phones picked up. 2 months ago I started getting warning letters from Vodacom and I then called again to resolve the issue. FNB finally said they can not be of any help, as it was between myself and Vodacom after I got the contract. I even took the phones to a Vodacom store and they said they cannot take it as there was no record of a case on the system. 8 months later it has been passed on to VVM legal and I am getting harassed at least once a week. I have not used the phones or airtime. I have been to Vodacom again and emailed them as asked with no response once again. Please help
