Virtual *******

Fnb advertises virtual card with a dynamic CVV number that changes regularly to minimise the risk of *****, which is not the case. I used my virtual card for a online purchase and 2-3 days later more purchases went through. Its extremely difficult to get hold of anyone at Fnb, its 2 weeks later and still have not received my money back. This morning i have been pushed from pillar to post and no one can help me, i have been cut of 3 times. I have been holding on a line with someone and i can here other agents in the background.
