Virtual cards are a ****

I've been with FNB for the longest of times and I'm honestly exasperated by the way matters are handled. The whole reeling out of virtual cards was not thought through. The disadvantage of having one is costly because explain how I can't get refunded on my virtual card? I made several purchase all amounting to R3672.00 that can't be refunded to my original method of payment (virtual card).I see that some customers have raised the same challenge but it doesn't look like it's going to be resolved. My case was escalated to recovery services and I was requested to provide proof... I did but got no response.

I'm open to changing banks. This is exhausting. Can't be going through drama year after year
