Virtual Card transactions delay

I get a ridiculous message this morning saying FNB had a delay in virtual Card transactions from 25 to 31st December. This is deducted today. Now my account is overdrawn and I am starting off the year with a financial setback. I checked my incontact messages and received confirmation of the transactions going through on the days I did them. So I was under the impression all was well and it was paid. What is the point in receiving messages saying it is through and nothing if there is a problem. How am I supposed to budget. The correct balances are never reflected. I have had enough. I am starting the process of moving banks, which I know will be aggravating. But I cannot do this anymore
