Virtual card transaction refund

I bought clothes on Superbalist but my transcation was flagged and Superbalist asked me to call the bank for a refund of R879 I called the bank and email was sent by the agent to the Virtual Card department. This was last week Wednesday the 16th of March. I did a follow up again on the 18th I was told the email is still with the virtual department. But till today FNB hasn't refunded my money. The transaction was made with my virtual card. FNB I NEED MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED I AM TIRED OF WAITING.
