VIRTUAL CARD PAYMENT TRANSFER TO BUSS ACCOUNT

I am trying to speak to my banker. No reply phone dead, when you phone the bank call centre transfer from one to the other no help AT ALL

when you secure chat - revert from one dept to the other NO JOY

Then they give you your bankers number which I assume is not working at FNB anymore as the number is dead
