Virtual card payment Engen

You encourage us to use our virtual cards but the engen garages aren't even equipped with the technology and the staff doesn't even know whats going on.

This morning i went to fill up and pay at Engen Higginson in Mobeni Durban, the petrol attendant didn't know what is scan to pay or anything about virtual card payment.

I lost out on ebucks at wasted my time. Please may you liase with your partners to get up to speed with technology and educate their staff before we try to use this method of payment.

Its really frustrating and could have been worse if I hadn't carried my card with me.

Im disappointed!!
