Virtual card feature

Hi FNB, What kind of training did you provide to your bankers before rolling out the virtual card feature? I spoke to almost 5 bankers and none was able to assist requesting a letter which states that the virtual card can accept funds if money is deposited to the card. I need that confirmation letter, please assist urgently
