Virtual CARD FAIL!

Hi. Fnb secure chat is absolutly epic fail. Almost all consultant i have chat has got no knowledge regarding to FNB product. It seems FNB secure chat has got no security and I am chatting with different bank.? Is FNB sure Secure Chat consultant are working for FNB? Because none of consultant aware about FNB VIRTUAL CARD. They dont even know how to create one? It is a huge disappointment bank like FNB gives such a low level service. Especially name of TUMISANG
