Virtual card dispute

I'm suppose to give them zero not even one star . They failed to help me when I have a problem with my refund voucher from temp. They sent me from pillar to post just to allocate my refund funds . No one knows how to do it .I've open a log request 3 times but the tickets where closed without consulting me and letting me know the outcomes. Very furious to lose my money like this . This is the 3rd time in a row and none are willing to assist. Taking my money to another bank institution than this useless fnb
