Virtual card confirmation letter

I have been struggling getting a virtual card verification letter that is required by my international trading broker. I went to the Middelburg branch and i could not get assistance. On Thursday the 30th April i called 3D online secure Cardinal, after being transferred back and forth, I spoke to Fezeka who finally heard my plea and took the matter up with her manager Mr. Andre Fredericks. Mr. Andre Fredericks promised to draft the letter ASAP and email it to me but nothing came through.

On Monday 4th May 2026 made contact again via Secure chat, Mzamo confirmed my email address and promised that Andre Fredericks would send the email before the end of the day but nothing came through.

Again the same story on Tuesday 5th may, Warren promised that Andre Would be in contact within an hour or two but like always no contact was made.
