Virtual card compromised

I bank with FNB and my virtual card was used to subscribe onto some website that had to take money from me weekly. I reported it on messager via the FNB app and they didn’t help me which is not the first time. I was asked to log a complaint by filling in a form and I did they acknowledged after days and said I must speak with those people to cancel whatever contract I have with them, I told them I don’t know those people. I told FNB that I am deleting that virtual card and creating a new one to avoid such from happening again. FNB sent me instructions on how to reach out to those people and I did, they removed me from their list without hesitation, my plead has always been that FNB reverses the money and even with all this proof that the other company removed me and I wasn’t subscribed to that company, FNB stopped replying and didn’t reverse the funds. I need FNB to reverse those funds into my account ASAP.
