Virtual Card authorization urgent help

Why cant somebody give me an anser as to why I have an Outstanding Debit Card Authorisation of R -981.31? what does this mean?

I have just received a refund from mt online order which was pending since Sunday, but now its no longer pending but all of a sudden this morning I have Outstanding Debit Card Authorisation of R -981.31 and have no access to my refund as it says i have no funds available. please fix this because as I know, i made no online purchse's of that amount between yesterday and today. I need those funds immediately, why am I being forced to wait for 7-14 for the ********** department to contact me, and that doesn't even guarantee my money back, I need this money ASAP my call ***-***. I really need these funds to be back in my account today. I don't know how you allow transaction on my virtual card when you guys advise that it is the safest. I need my money, please.
