Virtual card a reversal nightmare!!

I will write a review everyday if I have to. I already have 2 reference numbers for this matter and I will continue to collect them until I am assisted.

My reversal is still not reflecting on my available balance. This has caused so much inconvenience! Katlego Chiloane was assigned to this case. I have received no feedback from him.

Can i just get my money!!
