I would love to compliment Miss Buhle Mabuza @ FNB Bankcity branch. My phone just fell in the water and I was very upset as I needed a phone urgently and to my surprise when I got to the branch I was welcomed very professionally and Buhle managed to calm me down so that she could assist me. She told me about the Samsung phone that FNB is selling , I was very excited. I then decided to take the phone and to my surprise she assisted to me to set the phone up and recovering all my data that was saved from google. Thank you FNB for having a great staff serving us.
