VIOLATION OF POPI ACT

Morning,

At this point I am giving you last warning to please refrain from sending me further contact on this matter which I have no knowledge about.

Firstly, I was never party to or part of the agreement in dispute - as this agreement was between said individual and the bank, to whom I had no joint agreement at the time of it being agreed upon.

Secondly, you have seriously and continually infringed my rights as enshrined in the POPI act as I have never at any point agreed to giving you my details and these persistent emails and calls have me puzzled as to the nature of how you were able to get my details, as I have never at any point engaged with yourselves as third party agents or agreed to be contacted by yourselves!

I am now giving final warning to STOP and OPT ME OUT of whatever this shenanigans are about – failing which I have now also included my legal team to pursue this matter. And should this persist you will be hearing from my lawyers and share this with all social platforms and media!

Please take this up with the individual you are seeking and stop contacting me any further!
