Violation of my rights and privacy

Omg, I can understand the greediness of debt collectors calling me all hours. But what I can't understand is the incompetency on your side. The alleged credit card debt was prescribed over 10 years ago but you keep giving my details to debt collectors, which I feel it is a violation of my privacy (POPI) act. Kindly remove my name from your books and refrain from giving out my information to third parties or I'll have to take this matter further for violating my rights.
