Victim of physical crime and financial crime, fnb 30 days later playing ping pong

Poor client relations with insults of offers following a physical crime. I was a victim of crime, subsequently financial crime occured on my banking app. About R38k was de*****ed. Fnb is only refunding R6k and sorry for the rest. They say is my fault is was a victim of crime and that the app security was breached. Capitec gave me solutions within a day, fnb 34 days later, we still urguing.
