Vey Bad Service

On 16 Nov 2020 PayPal transferred funds to my linked FNB Account and informed me that my account would be credited within "moments'. This did not happen. I phoned FNB ... and was told that it would take 3 days !!! ????? 30 hours later I phoned FNB via their "Customer Service" line and was treated to terrible canned music for over 8 minutes, at which stage I hung up.

This is terrible customer service. If Western Union, that is NOT linked, can deliver funds seamlessly, there appears NO reason why FNB is treating us to such bad service.

Is it the position that FNB is artfully profiting from this "system' by depositing such funds to an interest bearing account ??
