Very very very Slow service

Today I took my third visit to the FNB Branch in Dobsonville and still walked out with no help, there are about three open consultant desks and the rest have no one there to assist the people standing in a long queue. I stood in one place for 15mins before deciding to leave for FNB Westgate. No one was there to assist clients walking into the branch. The service is too slow, I thought that coming back during the week would be better but there was no difference at all. What makes it worse is that FNB branches are closed on Sundays and are only open half day on Saturdays hence why the staff members should be on their toes and at everyone's service. I got to FNB westgate which was a bit quicker (could do better) only to find out that I have to pay R80 for a temporary card and R200 for the delivery of my card. Had I been assisted at my 1st or 2nd visit I wouldn't have to pay for a delivery because I would have collected it by today or tomorrow at latest, now I have to have it delivered to my workplace because my study leave is finished. Something needs to be done with the service there really!
