VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

I Paid 2 of my loans in full on the 31 July 2023 and hoped that that would be the last of my issues with FNB but it has come to my attention that this is not so True.

I app**** for finance on a motorcycle on the 07/04/2025 and was declined, after some phone calls and investigation it has come to my attention that the FNB Loans department has put a "TAG" on my name that stopes me from applying for the finance through the major banks.

After receiving this information I went to the FNB Savannah Branch to have this resolved and was assisted by the Branch manager where he informed me that the Branch cant help and that I need to contact the FNB Loans department. Whilst sitting in the meeting room with the Branch manager I contacted the Loans department 4 times and the call was dropped 2 times out of the 4 times and the other 2 times there was just no answer.

I personally feel that the service from FNB is not up to standard and not acceptable.
