VERY VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

If I could rate FNB's customer service zero(0) stars I really would!!! I called the FNB PayPal customer service from 11:30am until 13:00pm, I kept calling back because I was told that they are "currently experiencing high volume calls" which I think is total bull****!!!! The FNB call center agents are lazy, they don't answer calls!!. I've never been so angry and disappointed in their service before. If for some reason they are experiencing technical issues then they (FNB) should at least have the decency to let their customers know.

I'm so disgusted

Oh and I called the FNB customer service (not PayPal customer service) thinking that maybe I'll get help from one of them, and the agent I spoke to told me that they are on lunch and should be back by now so she will put me through to the FNB PayPal service, and SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! instead of putting me through she HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Maybe she made a mistake or something I'm not sure.
