Very very poor service by FNB - Run if you can. FNB Private Wealth not worth it

I reported a ***** case over two months ago, and even today nothing has been done. I keep following up, and they also always tell me that they can see the money and they will clear it but still do nothing. There is no feedback from the FNB Forensic department or my private banker if I don't initiate contact, and I am given a negative attitude when I get to talk to the person handling my case. The guy had even forgotten about my case last time I spoke to him. The private banker has not been helpful, and she is frankly not interested and is now ignoring me. The senior managers are also ignoring my emails.
