Very very poor service

This issues of Fnb credit department playing with people account is really annoying after reporting the previous one in September now is again on the 18th of Nov a debit order was honored only to be reverse back on the 22nd after charging you everyday for honoring your debit order on their own as i was not qualify for an overdraft then messing my account up with other transaction just because of this mess the caused please i really need to take this matter up with the ombudsmen of fnb cos is messing my account up today the are honoring today they are not imagine
