Very Very bad services

FNB has *** service, took a loan with them and they debited twice in 1 month. They debited on the 23 and the 24 April , i called them on the 27 April and today is the 19th of May and they have been sending me from pillar to post and did not receive my money yet. they have been logging refund request till today. IF YOU ARE NOT USING FNB DON'T SWITCH TO FNB. They do not provide financial freedom but they cause financial strain.
